Norotshama River Resort is ideally situated on the banks of the Orange River. The Schützenhaus Guesthouse, established in 1907, is the oldest German Club in Southern Africa. It was privatised after 98 years and is now a prestigious guesthouse in Keetmanshoop. It is situated in the Pastorie Street and its tranquil surroundings are a true resting place for the weary traveler. It is the ideal base station for guests wishing to explore the Mesosaurus Fossil Trail, Quiver Tree Forest, Fish River Canyon, Giant’s Playground and other tourist attractions in and around Keetmanshoop. Here you can re-live the good old times. It boasts a selection of 26 en suite rooms with good Wifi connectivity, TV and a coffee/tea station, an A la Carte restaurant, private bar, and barbecue facilities for the self-catering guest. We also offer 4 camping facilities with ablutions and a swimming pool.

Alte Kalkofen Lodge is situated 100 km west from the small historical town Keetmanshoop en-route the main tar road to Luderitz in the Southern part of Namibia. The lodge is set in a beautiful natural African garden where vast open spaces effortlessly combine with the rocky desert area. The lodge itself offers 10 bungalows as well as two rooms in the farm house, all overlooking large camel thorn trees growing in the river bed. The lodge features its own restaurant where breakfast is served daily. The restaurant is also open to guests for light lunches and home-cooked evening meals.

The Quivertree Forest Rest Camp, located on the farm Gariganus just 13 km north-east of Keetmanshoop on road M29, offer tourists comfortable accommodation amid a pristine Namibian landscape. Goibib Mountain Lodge is a situated in southern Namibia and is a useful stopover for those travelling between South Africa and Namibia. It offers a tranquil getaway right in the heart of the Great Karas Mountains. The Karas region is the southernmost, and the driest area in Namibia. It is flanked by the Atlantic Ocean to the west, South Africa and Botswana to the east and the Orange River border lies to the south.
