The Quivertree Forest Rest Camp, located on the farm Gariganus just 13 km north-east of Keetmanshoop on road M29, offer tourists comfortable accommodation amid a pristine Namibian landscape. On the farm visitors can explore the ancient and famous Quivertree Forest and the dolerite rock formations of the Giants Playground at their leisure. All campsites are comfortable, have hot and cold showers, electricity power points, water and BBQ facilities.

Quiver trees, Nama culture, rugged landscape and an impressive sweeping rock formation characterise Canyon Village. Stone-and-thatch chalets are positioned in a horse-shoe design around a celebration of young quiver trees and the sprawling thatched central area, bedecked with bougainvillea, serving as restaurant, bar, lounge and reception. A cart drawn by a team of mules waits outside, conveying luggage to the chalets in a flurry of activity and laughter. ‘Take a walk on the South’s side’ is a suitable motto for this Fish River Canyon lodge. Hobas is the hub to the famous Fish River Canyon, the second largest canyon worldwide. Hobas offers 6 bush chalets and 14 campsites and is the ideal stay over for hikers wanting to accomplish the well-known Fish River Canyon Hike! The fantastic views from this majestic, gigantic ravine, make it a popular hiking destination. The Fish River is the longest interior river in Namibia and it cuts deep into the dry, stony plateau, which is sparsely covered with hardy drought resistant succulents. Public view points can be found around the camp site. Guests stay in 6 well-placed bush chalets en-suite.
There are also 16 shady campsites equipped with braai areas, water taps and lights. Showers/baths, toilets and wash basins are provided in the ablution block. There is no mains electricity and the site is powered by a generator from 6am-midday, and from 5pm – 10pm. Basic groceries, beer, wines and tinned food can be bought at the kiosk. Visitors must be aware that additional park fees must be paid on arrival.

On the banks of the Orange River, which forms the natural border between South Africa and Namibia, you will find Orange River Lodge. The lodge is situated in the border town of Noordoewer – Namibia and is perfectly located between Cape Town and Windhoek to offer travellers a welcome rest. We offer 4 double self-catering rooms, 2 double rooms and 6 family rooms. All rooms have a private bathroom, air-conditioning and tea/coffee making facilities. The Lodge offers free Wi-Fi and is pet friendly. Relax and enjoy our hospitality in our thatched lapa restaurant where we serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our bar offers the typical friendly Namibian atmosphere. We offer activities like fishing, canoeing and for visitors with an interest in the history of Namibia there are a number of interesting sites to visit. Other activities can be arranged on request.  Orange River lodge borders the Ai-Ais-Richtersveld Transfrontier Conservation Park which spans some of the most spectacular scenery of the arid and desert environments in southern Africa. The park is characterised by a unique and impressive variety of plant species.

Fill up on smiles at this extraordinary and out-of-the-ordinary lodge. Resembling a roadhouse of old with a large red roof, the lodge is a veritable treasure-house and a ‘must-do’ stop when visiting the canyon. The outside area hints of the wonderland interior with its rusty old Chevys and Fords from a bygone era, adorned with corky quiver trees and desert flora. Canyon Roadhouse has more than just a fascinating interior. Large attractive rooms, positioned around courtyards, make the Roadhouse a comfortable – and convenient – base when visiting the Fish River Canyon, just 14 kilometres away. The canyon resort has a swimming pool, a campsite, a terrace to enjoy Roadhouse specialities like Amarula Cheesecake (and the best cappuccino for miles around) and a walking trail through the hills.

There are 17 en-suite Cabanas sleeping two each. There are Two Family en-suite Cabanas sleeping 4 each. Furthermore we have one Honeymoon Suite sleeping Double only. Moreover Accommodation in Southern Namibia at Provenance Camp has air conditioning with en-suite bathrooms. At the same time the Cabanas are available on a bed only basis. In Addition all meals are served in our restaurant situated on a hill overlooking the vast Orange River. The Cabanas are not self-catering all meals available at the on site Restaurant. The Cabana Accommodation in Southern Namibia is only 13km from the Namibian Border. Therefore making it the perfect stop over on your long journey.
