The buildings of Waterberg Wilderness Lodge shelter in a long valley in the midst of the Waterberg mountain range. Built from red Waterberg sandstone they nestle under enormous old trees. Our area is home to a widely representative cross-section of Namibian wildlife. It is a wonderland for lovers of both fauna and flora alike. Animals can be viewed by sitting in one of the many elevated hides located at various waterholes around the ranch. Alternatively, relax on our deck at the pool, which looks onto a waterhole. Different species of animals visit this waterhole day and night, when the waterhole is illuminated. The area around the Waterberg is also well-known amongst bird lovers.
Waterberg Guest Farm offers four comfortably furnished rooms and four bush bungalows, en suite. A lounge with a fireplace and a selection of books await you on cold winter nights.
