The Okambara Elephant Lodge is a family-run guest farm in the heart of Namibia. The short distance to Windhoek airport (1 hour) makes it the perfect lodge to start your exciting trip or to enjoy the end of a fantastic journey. The 15.000ha game farm provides loads of activities no matter if you are after an exciting game drive or if you want to relax at the pool. No matter if you stay with us for one night or for two weeks.
We are always happy when guests become friends. When at the end of your stay you tell us that it felt like home whilst being on holiday. There is a lot to do and to discover on Okambara. How about a Game Drive or a hike in Namibia’s nature? Or maybe you want to experience the feeding of our Cheetahs and Caracals?
If that is too much for you, you can also just relax in our pool or sit on our waterhole next to the lodge and watch beautiful birds and different antelopes passing by. You can choose between one of the 5 comfortable apartments in the main building, from one of the two typical rondavels (bungalows) or you can also stay in the Mountain House and enjoy the stunning view from its balcony.
