Elandsgate is one of the oldest farms in the Grootfontein district and has been since 1930 when it belonged to the Alberts family and originated from the Dorslandtrek.

Ranch Koiimasis is situated in the heart of the Tiras Mountains. Allow your soul be revived in this magnificent surrounding and enjoy a special feeling of endless freedom amongst shining red granite boulders. Listen to the secret ancestorial voices, which the echoing wind carries through the ancient valleys. The name Koiimasis is derived from the former living San (bushmen) and means: “Place, where people meet.”

Nestled in a green Oasis, the thatched roof bungalows are grouped around the large water place / waterhole under shady palm trees and welcome the guest in the middle of the African wildlife of the Omaruru Game Lodge. Each Bungalow offers its own veranda from which the visitors can observe the animals and immerse themselves into the unique atmosphere of the Omaruru Game Lodge or relax by the pool.

Tsondab Valley is a private Nature Reserve of 170 km2 bordering the Namib Naukluft Park on two sides. It’s varied landscape impresses with a combination of the red Namib dunes and typical African Camelthorn Savannah.  Tsondab Valley, with its 10 beds, is one of the smallest accommodation establishments of its kind, and this allows the managing owners to personally take care of the needs of each of their guests in an atmosphere of friendly familiarity. Immersed in the African Mopani bush, Ongava Tented Camp is a natural extension of this wild, wonderful landscape. The classic safari style camp is tucked in a hidden valley at the foot of a dolomite hill in Ongava Game Reserve bordering Etosha National Park.

Built in an environmentally sensitive manner, primarily from wood, canvas and thatch, in an attractive ‘afro-village’ style, Sossus Dune Lodge offers guests an evocative and life changing experience. Situated within the Namib Naukluft Park, guests benefit from being able to reach Sossusvlei before sunrise, and stay until after sunset.

Situated on a hill in a wide valley of the Waterberg mountain range, the Waterberg Valley Lodge overlooks the green valley and the red mountain walls. The canvas walls of the affordable Econo Chalets give your overnight accommodation an outdoor-feel; a double ceiling keeps the interior cool. Every chalet has its own brick bathroom and a small patio.

The Private Bush Suite is situated in the open Acacia thornveld within the secluded wilderness area of the Okonjima valley with a backdrop of the sandstone Omboroko Mountains. It is approximately 3.5km from the Plains Camp and 500m from the Bush Camp. Located on the edge of a natural waterhole, its two separate, luxury, en-suite bedrooms under a double-volume thatched roof can accommodate a family or group of four (4 pax: one group only).
