The Etusis Nature and Game Reserve was gradually expanded to its 21,000 hectares of today. We consciously avoid fences, which suppress the natural migration of the game species through the Reserve. The Mahangu Safari Lodge lies 22 kilometers south of the town Divundu, at the western bank of the Okavango river, on route to the Mahango National Park. The lodge is a convenient stop-over for travellers to and from Botswana (Okavango delta), the Caprivi strip as well as the Victoria Falls.
Situated approximately 43 km from Otjiwarongo, Namibia – Frans Indongo Lodge is the ideal stop when travelling between Windhoek and Etosha National Park or the Caprivi. Spitzkoppen Lodge lies amidst the granite boulders of the the beautiful Spitzkoppe scenery. The Lodge offers 15 generously spaced chalets, each with private bathroom and covered outside viewing deck. The buildings are linked with elevated walkways all constructed to be wheelchair friendly and minimise the impact on the environment. The dining, lounge and bar area open onto the split level pool deck and the natural rock pool.
Elevated on wooden decks, with panoramic views over one of Onguma’s most beautiful waterholes is the new Onguma Camp Kala. With its conical, mud plastered central tower resembling a termite mound and the whole camp elevated on wooden stilts – it is set to raise the bench- mark to a whole new level. The thatched camp is centered around game viewing with numerous vantage points to take it all in – be it the comfortable lounge, the intimate cocktail bar or the beautiful deck, which is sunny by day and warmed by a fire pit at night. The dining area has an open plan ‘show’ kitchen and all-day pantry to ensure everyone feels right at home. For guests who want to be more active there is a gym, whilst those who want to relax, can while away the hours in comfort in the ground-level photographic hide, enjoy a massage in the treatment room or practice yoga on the yoga deck.
Camp Kala consists of just four guest Suites, linked by raised walkways, and although the lodge is perfect for exclusive use for 8 to 12 guests, the 4 suites can also be booked individually. Spacious and private, the open-plan suites have sumptuous twin or king-sized beds with a state-of-the-art air-cooling system. The comfortable seating area is equipped with a fully stocked personal bar. Each suite has its own deck with fire pit, outdoor shower and wood-fired hot tub. There is a walkway to the private, shaded sala with a king- size outdoor day bed – perfectly placed for an armchair safari or to ‘sleep out’ under the stars.

Zambezi Region (former Caprivi Strip) Accommodation

Caprivi Mutoya Lodge is an intimate owner run lodge situated on the banks of a large Zambezi backwater, only 24kms from Katima Mulilo.
Zambezi Mubala is a secret river hideaway where water laps the shores of the mighty Zambezi, hippos laugh and the calls of fish eagles pierce the vast blue sky. Forty kilometres east of Katima Mulilo, Zambezi Mubala Camp is tucked away under a canopy of green, this camp provides the creature comforts for the city-slickers without taking away from the outdoors experience. Safari camping on the banks of the Zambezi River takes camping to an entirely new level. Eight safari tents (sleeping four) with en-suite bathrooms provide comfortable Zambezi homes. Caprivi Houseboat Safaris’ Lodge is an exclusive lodge nestled amid a lush green garden on the banks of the Zambezi River, a few kilometers east of Katima Mulilo in the Caprivi region of Namibia, offering genuine hospitality in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
Two fairly private campsites are available with communal ablutions consisting of a ladies’ and men’s shower and toilet. The ablution block also has two kitchenettes for those not wanting to braai (BBQ), equipped with a small gas cooker and dish-washing facilities. Each camping site can accommodate up to six guests.
