There are 17 en-suite Cabanas sleeping two each. There are Two Family en-suite Cabanas sleeping 4 each. Furthermore we have one Honeymoon Suite sleeping Double only. Moreover Accommodation in Southern Namibia at Provenance Camp has air conditioning with en-suite bathrooms. At the same time the Cabanas are available on a bed only basis. In Addition all meals are served in our restaurant situated on a hill overlooking the vast Orange River. The Cabanas are not self-catering all meals available at the on site Restaurant. The Cabana Accommodation in Southern Namibia is only 13km from the Namibian Border. Therefore making it the perfect stop over on your long journey.

Elandsgate is one of the oldest farms in the Grootfontein district and has been since 1930 when it belonged to the Alberts family and originated from the Dorslandtrek.

At Shametu River Lodge you will be experiencing the tranquillity of the Kavango River on your doorstep. When driving to the Caprivi, most travellers assume that Divundu, Kavango East, is only a place for a quick stop-over on their way to game parks and fishing tales but what they do not realise is that they are driving thru one of Namibia’s most precious hidden gems. Divundu is filled with the rich culture of the Kavango people – women draped with colourful cloth, Nguni cattle crossing the road every few meters. Children playing in the river and men on the wato’s catching dinner with nothing but an earthworm on a hand line. Game parks filled with wildlife, the Kavango East has become a destination in its own, a place where you can spend at least a few days.

Shamvura Camp, ‘the place from where rain can be seen’, with its access to more than 20 kilometres of a largely pristine riverine system, is big on birding and fishing activities, while crafts, basketry and boat trips are also on the list.

This remote settlement, at the edge of the Namib-Naukluft National Park, has been a welcome stopover for more than 60 years. A thirsty traveler will find cold drinks, ice cream, baked goods, coffee and lunch. You can fill up on petrol, have tyres repaired, and stretch your legs during the long drive from Sessriem to Swakopmund.  Solitaire sits just below the Tropic of Capricorn at the center of the 45,000 acre Solitaire Land Trust, dedicated to preserving the grassland ecosystem and the wild animals that reside here. Land Trust holdings reach from the base of the Great African Escarpment to the Namib, the oldest desert in the world.

Built in an environmentally sensitive manner, primarily from wood, canvas and thatch, in an attractive ‘afro-village’ style, Sossus Dune Lodge offers guests an evocative and life changing experience. Spitzkoppen Lodge lies amidst the granite boulders of the the beautiful Spitzkoppe scenery. The Lodge offers 15 generously spaced chalets, each with private bathroom and covered outside viewing deck.  The buildings are linked with elevated walkways all constructed to be wheelchair friendly and minimise the impact on the environment. The dining, lounge and bar area open onto the split level pool deck and the natural rock pool.

Tambuti is a small Lodge beautifully perched above the Kavango River overlooking the floodplain. We are one of the rare lodges looking at the river without getting wet feet, thus we are also open during the flood season, all year round. Tambuti Lodge is at the centre of the two Kavango region East and West, ideally situated in the heart of Rundu overlooking Kavango River.

The Okavango river is home to a rich variety of wildlife, making Taranga Safari Lodge a first-class destination.  Taranga Safari Lodge boasts an international style restaurant with three course dinners and a floating river bar with new cocktails every month.

The tent houses of Teufelskrallen Lodge are located on the first western Kalahari dune and offer its guests a panoramic view over the endless vastness and the sprawling Kalahari dunes. The fully-furnished and comfortably equipped tented houses come with a large view deck and their own bathroom. Each bathroom is connected to the tent by a short boardwalk.
