Light is provided via a 12 Volt DC solar operated system, no 220 volt is available on site
Water is supplied from a borehole close by but is not of drinking quality, water can only be used for cleaning, showering, toilet etc.
Each site can accommodate up to 3 vehicles and the maximum clients per site is 6 guests. Total number of guests at the campsites at any one time is 24. No guest WiFi is available. The camp is furthermore connected via VHF radio and repeater to Hoanib Valley Camp, this can be of value of somebody getting lost or has a problem in the area

Two fairly private campsites are available with communal ablutions consisting of a ladies’ and men’s shower and toilet. Goibib Mountain Lodge is a situated in southern Namibia and is a useful stopover for those travelling between South Africa and Namibia. It offers a tranquil getaway right in the heart of the Great Karas Mountains. The Karas region is the southernmost, and the driest area in Namibia. Tambuti is a small Lodge beautifully perched above the Kavango River overlooking the floodplain. We are one of the rare lodges looking at the river without getting wet feet, thus we are also open during the flood season, all year round. Popa Falls Resort is a gateway to the north-eastern corner of Namibia and home to perennial rivers, magnificent indigenous woodlands, riverine forests, floodplains and reed-lined channels. the falls are accessible by foot from here. At Shametu River Lodge you will be experiencing the tranquillity of the Kavango River on your doorstep. Shamvura Camp, ‘the place from where rain can be seen’, with its access to more than 20 kilometres of a largely pristine riverine system, is big on birding and fishing activities, while crafts, basketry and boat trips are also on the list.
The Mahangu Safari Lodge lies 22 kilometers south of the town Divundu, at the western bank of the Okavango river, on route to the Mahango National Park. The lodge is a convenient stop-over for travellers to and from Botswana (Okavango delta), the Caprivi strip as well as the Victoria Falls.
