Hakusembe River Lodge

Norotshama River Resort is ideally situated on the banks of the Orange River. Located just 8 km from the Von Lindequist Gate on the eastern boundary of Etosha National Park, Mushara Lodge is an ideal overnight stop for visitors to the game reserve. The name Mushara is derived from the Purple Pod Terminalia tree which grows abundantly on the lodge grounds and in the surroundings. The thatched public area includes a small library with a selection of good books, a bar with an extensive wine cellar, an airy lounge complete with welcoming fireplace for winter evenings, a dining area and a well stocked curio shop. Hohenstein Lodge is located close to the Hohenstein (2310m), the highest peak of the majestic Erongo Mountains. The Lodge offers 14 rooms, a restaurant and a swimming pool. Activities include sundowner drives, guided walking trails and self-drive excursions to Bull’s Party, Philipp’s Cave, the Spitzkoppe or even the Brandberg.

Torgos Lodge is located in the South of Namibia adjoining the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park. The lodge is alongside the C15 route, 7 km from the Mata Mata border post. Situated alongside the dry Auob River bed, the stylish main building (Lapa) is constructed from stone and thatch and has a lounge, bar, and dining area. Outside the Lapa is a large stone terrace, a group barbeque area (braai boma) and swimming pool overlooking a waterhole in the riverbed. Accommodation consists of 10 units, sleeping two people each on twin beds. There are eight standard tented or stone chalets and two luxury stone chalets. Four units have basic self catering facilities. The surroundings are typical of the Kalahari region, the dry river bed lined by large camelthorn trees, red sand dunes and sparse vegetation. The lodge is within a 11000 Ha game camp hosting a wide variety of game, notably Gemsbok, Blue Wildebeest, Springbuck, Eland and Kudu. and many more. There is also abundant bird life for the avid bird watchers. including a breeding vulture colony.

The Mahangu Safari Lodge lies 22 kilometers south of the town Divundu, at the western bank of the Okavango river, on route to the Mahango National Park. The lodge is a convenient stop-over for travellers to and from Botswana (Okavango delta), the Caprivi strip as well as the Victoria Falls.

The A’ Zambezi River Lodge is an 87 bedroom property, 4-star hotel located on the banks of the Zambezi River. It is within the National Park and one can come across the Elephants, Buffalo, Warthog just to mention a few.

Khorixas Rest Camp offers value-for-money Khorixas accommodation in the heart of Damaraland. It is a great stopover when visiting Etosha National Park. The ancient rock art galleries of Damaraland is a popular attraction. Therefore, you can arrange day trips to see the rock engravings nearby. The region is also famous for the migrating of the desert-adapted elephants and vast landscapes. Nestled on a rock terrace high up on the slope of the Waterberg, the chalets of the Waterberg Plateau Lodge afford grand vistas of the endless Kalahari bush savannah below. Each of the eight double room chalets sits between red sandstone rocks in the midst of green bush, with total privacy guaranteed. Acacias shade the terrace; a plunge pool filled with spring water provides cooling and attracts birds and small game.

The Kavango River Lodge, with a spectacular view over the Okavango River and flood plains of southern Angola, caters for both tourists and business people. The chalets have en-suite facilities, air-con, TV-4 channels, refrigerators, hotplates, kettles, cutlery, crockery.
