Rainbow River Lodge is located on the banks of the Okavango River in the Kavango-Zambezi Region, north-eastern Namibia. Elevated on wooden decks, with panoramic views over one of Onguma’s most beautiful waterholes is the new Onguma Camp Kala. With its conical, mud plastered central tower resembling a termite mound and the whole camp elevated on wooden stilts – it is set to raise the bench- mark to a whole new level.  The thatched camp is centered around game viewing with numerous vantage points to take it all in – be it the comfortable lounge, the intimate cocktail bar or the beautiful deck, which is sunny by day and warmed by a fire pit at night. The dining area has an open plan ‘show’ kitchen and all-day pantry to ensure everyone feels right at home. For guests who want to be more active there is a gym, whilst those who want to relax, can while away the hours in comfort in the ground-level photographic hide, enjoy a massage in the treatment room or practice yoga on the yoga deck.
Camp Kala consists of just four guest Suites, linked by raised walkways, and although the lodge is perfect for exclusive use for 8 to 12 guests, the 4 suites can also be booked individually. Spacious and private, the open-plan suites have sumptuous twin or king-sized beds with a state-of-the-art air-cooling system. The comfortable seating area is equipped with a fully stocked personal bar. Each suite has its own deck with fire pit, outdoor shower and wood-fired hot tub. There is a walkway to the private, shaded sala with a king- size outdoor day bed – perfectly placed for an armchair safari or to ‘sleep out’ under the stars.

Elandsgate is one of the oldest farms in the Grootfontein district and has been since 1930 when it belonged to the Alberts family and originated from the Dorslandtrek.

The Cheetah Conservation Fund (CCF), which was already founded in the year of Namibian independence in 1990, is fighting for the survival of the cheetah in its natural habitat and is worldwide the number one address when it comes to these fast, African big cats. For this purpose, the CCF is running the renowned Research and Education Centre close to Otjiwarongo and the Waterberg, which combines research on and education about the fascinating cats. Here scientists, researchers, but most importantly visitors and normal cheetah fans get an interesting insight into the life of the fastest land mammal on earth. The Babson Guesthouse is an exclusive, luxurious accommodation run by the Cheetah Conservation Fund (CCF). It offers room for six guests and thus guarantees a very personalized service.

Onguma’s Luxury Tamboti Campsite is impressive and delightful to all campers.  The 25 Luxury campsites are all nestled in the trees of the Onguma Reserve.  Each camper can enjoy their own private space in the bush. these luxury campsite have their own private ablution facilities. A spacious shower room, separate toilet and covered washing-up areas will ensure you are comfortable. all units are equipped with electrical plugs so our campers can keep their drinks cold and their cameras charged.  There is a stunning main area with restaurant where you can enjoy a hearty meal while looking out across the waterhole.  Although the Onguma Tamboti Luxury Campsite is fenced in, adult supervision of children is required at all times.
