Hidden among large grey granite boulders and mopane trees, Hoada Campsite has the trimmings of a serene home in the wilderness. A well-maintained gravel road, requiring a high clearance vehicle, leads to the camp, located approximately 75 km west of Kamanjab. Torgos Lodge is located in the South of Namibia adjoining the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park. The lodge is alongside the C15 route, 7 km from the Mata Mata border post. Situated alongside the dry Auob River bed, the stylish main building (Lapa) is constructed from stone and thatch and has a lounge, bar, and dining area. Outside the Lapa is a large stone terrace, a group barbeque area (braai boma) and swimming pool overlooking a waterhole in the riverbed. Accommodation consists of 10 units, sleeping two people each on twin beds. There are eight standard tented or stone chalets and two luxury stone chalets. Four units have basic self catering facilities. The surroundings are typical of the Kalahari region, the dry river bed lined by large camelthorn trees, red sand dunes and sparse vegetation. The lodge is within a 11000 Ha game camp hosting a wide variety of game, notably Gemsbok, Blue Wildebeest, Springbuck, Eland and Kudu. and many more. There is also abundant bird life for the avid bird watchers. including a breeding vulture colony.
Quiver trees, Nama culture, rugged landscape and an impressive sweeping rock formation characterise Canyon Village. A bird-lover’s dream, Zambezi Mubala Lodge is home to over 450 species of birds and hosts the springtime (August – December) visit of one of the largest colonies of carmine bee-eaters in Africa. These bright and cheerful visitors nest along the banks of the majestic Zambezi, filling the air with sound, activity and colour as they flash crimson breasts, swooping and rising into the air in an exuberant burst of energy.
Spitzkoppen Lodge lies amidst the granite boulders of the the beautiful Spitzkoppe scenery. The Lodge offers 15 generously spaced chalets, each with private bathroom and covered outside viewing deck. The buildings are linked with elevated walkways all constructed to be wheelchair friendly and minimise the impact on the environment. Camp Kala consists of just four guest Suites, linked by raised walkways, and although the lodge is perfect for exclusive use for 8 to 12 guests, the 4 suites can also be booked individually. Spacious and private, the open-plan suites have sumptuous twin or king-sized beds with a state-of-the-art air-cooling system. The comfortable seating area is equipped with a fully stocked personal bar. Each suite has its own deck with fire pit, outdoor shower and wood-fired hot tub. There is a walkway to the private, shaded sala with a king- size outdoor day bed – perfectly placed for an armchair safari or to ‘sleep out’ under the stars.

There is a stunning main area with restaurant where you can enjoy a hearty meal while looking out across the waterhole.
