After COVID-19 hit the Namibian tourism industry hard, many experienced industry players were retrenched or had to close their entire businesses—a sad time for all.
Nadja, the owner and a well-known personality within the Tourism Industry for over 30 years was approached by former Colleagues and Friends who were affected job-wise by this Pandemic. It did not take long to think about it, and she decided to take on an entirely new start with a strong team she had worked with. This is how C Africa Safaris & Tours came to life. Employing four former Colleagues/Friends, C Africa is an entirely professional, established Company with experienced trilingual Staff and a long-time commitment to serving in the Tourism Industry.
With the Head Office in Windhoek, we also have an office based in the UK. We all love to travel, and we especially love nature and the outdoors.
Managing Director
As a born and bred trilingual-speaking Namibian, I had the privilege of being part of building the foundation of the Namibian Tourism Industry, dating back as far as the late 88’ties together with some very special people. As a Director, Manager, Salesperson, Tour guide, etc., covering most aspects of Tourism, I can pride myself on over 31 years of Experience and substantial Knowledge.
My History speaks for itself and can be summed up with 10 Years at Springbok Atlas, 13 Years at my own Company, Royal Tours, and three years at Kuoni Private Safaris, plus another few years of Tourism Training for the younger Generation. I have an absolute passion for meeting new people and being able to promote and sell Namibia and neighbouring countries.
However, my lifeline is being in the wilderness, hearing and absorbing the Voices of Nature.

Being part of the greatest African Wildlife Recovery Story ever told, allows me to welcome visitors to both Communal and Private conservation areas, witnessing commitment and passion vested in Tourism, Hospitality and Conservation.
Reservations Manager (Abroad)
Born in the UK, my family moved to Southern Africa when I was knee-high to a grasshopper. My childhood was spent between Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) and South West Africa (now Namibia). I moved to the UK and, not knowing what I wanted to do, joined a specialist African Tour Operator, where I had the opportunity to travel to countries such as Malawi, Zimbabwe, Botswana and South Africa.
Soon after Namibia gained their Independence, I returned, and from here onwards, it gets somewhat fuzzy; suffice it to say I started as a caterer and did a spot of guiding. When I got tired of living out of the bag and emptying sand from my vellies, I settled down in Windhoek. Over the years, I’ve experienced all facets of a Tour Operator, from consulting and marketing to the operational side. Just like some dunes that move on, I returned to the UK yet kept my roots in Southern Africa by working with a company that showcases what a phenomenal destination Namibia is!

Popa Falls Resort is a gateway to the north-eastern corner of Namibia and home to perennial rivers, magnificent indigenous woodlands, riverine forests, floodplains and reed-lined channels. the falls are accessible by foot from here. The falls, in fact, are not falls as one may expect from its name. Instead, they are a series of cascades created naturally over time by the running river, which splits the rock and forms a vast network of river channels.
Nunda River Lodge, situated in the Kavango east region of Namibia, is an experience seldom encountered in the Southern African continent with its homely relaxed atmosphere enhanced with a true African wildlife experience. Nunda River Lodge is in close proximity of two game parks, Mahango and the Buffalo Core areas. Nunda River lodge is built on the banks of the Okavango River downstream from Popa Falls.
Ngepi Camp, situated in the unspoiled upper reaches of the Okavango delta panhandle in the western Caprivi strip, Kavango region, Namibia. With clean Kalahari desert air, the camp is set on an island under amazing trees with permanent river frontage and surrounded by seasonally flooded swamps. It is a paradise of flooded plains and secret swampy backwaters, teaming with wildlife, as we are nestled between Mahango National park, a few km’s to the south, and Bwabwata National Park directly opposite across the river. Most of our campsites are along the river’s edge, with a grassed camping area and an adjacent parking space for vehicles, trailers and caravans. Each site has its own 220v AC solar powered electricity point, river water tap and fireplace/braai area. Our Bush campsites are a bit more secluded, with lovely big trees for shade, but they have no river view.
Ndhovu means Elephant in the local language. Get a taste of Namibia’s adventure and find out more about our nearby national parks such as Mahango Park and Buffalo Park. The parks are part of the Bwabwata National Park and the Transfrontier Park KAZA. The Lodge is overlooking the Buffalo National Park and is also close to the Popa Falls.
